Google acquires Jaiku!

Jaiku was acquired by Google today. This is great news. From the perspective of the Helsinki start-up scene Jaiku is as far as I know the first ever Finnish company to be acquired by Google.

I'm very proud to have been an advisor to Jaiku since the very beginning. Congratulations to Petteri Koponen, Jyri Engeström, Teemu Kurppa and Mika Reanto and the rest of the Jaiku team. Great job guys!
